Esta disciplina, permite optimizar y mejorar la fuerza muscular, resistencia cardiopulmonar, equilibrio, flexibilidad, potencia, velocidad, coordinaci\u00f3n, agilidad, vel ocidad, entre otros. Originalmente la practican las fuerzas armadas, bomberos y campeones de artes marciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Lesiones m\u00e1s comunes en el Crossfit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hablamos de Crossfit a pesar de contar con los cuidados y estiramientos necesarios para llevar a cabo este deporte, aunque se cree que no conlleva riesgo. Hay que tomar en cuenta que la intensidad, cargas pesadas en largas distancias con tan poco tiempo, realizar actividades gimn\u00e1sticas, levantamientos de pesas ol\u00edmpico, por tan solo lograr unas cuantas de estos ejercicios, las lesiones pueden esperarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las lesiones m\u00e1s comunes son: rabdomi\u00f3lisis, estr\u00e9s oxidativo, roturas de fibras ligamentosas y musculares, fracturas, contracturas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lesiones en los hombros:<\/strong>&nbsp;debido a los ejercicios de levantamiento de pesas, el cual son ejecutadas generalmente sin supervisi\u00f3n, sin t\u00e9cnica o buena dosificaci\u00f3n, al realizar la rotaci\u00f3n o hiperextensi\u00f3n de hombro excesiva y bajo condiciones previas de fatiga, pueden ser una combinaci\u00f3n fatal para lesiones en el hombro: bursitis, subluxaci\u00f3n, luxaci\u00f3n, tendinitis, fractura, contracturas, pinzamiento subacromial, entre otros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lesiones en columna lumbar:<\/strong>&nbsp;una lumbalgia o dolor en la espalda baja es lo com\u00fan en el deporte del crossfit, generalmente causadas por una extensi\u00f3n brusca de cadera, rotaci\u00f3n contralateral e inclinaci\u00f3n del tronco. A largo plazo el levantamiento de pesas, cauchos o saltos sin prescripci\u00f3n adecuada pueden generar hernias discales, protusiones y contracturas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lesiones en rodillas:<\/strong>&nbsp;rotura o desgaste en los meniscos, tendinitis debido a la sobrecarga de peso, rotura parcial o total de ligamentos cruzados, es lo m\u00e1s com\u00fan a la hora de realizar ejercicios donde el estiramiento de tendones o ligamentos es excesivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lesiones en mu\u00f1eca:&nbsp;<\/strong>afectaci\u00f3n del nervio radial, tenosinovitis, tendinitis, t\u00fanel del carpo, contracturas, fracturas, entre otros son las lesiones m\u00e1s comunes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos ayudarte a cambiar el dolor por bienestar en tu vida.
